Every piece we create is designed to elevate your table and endure daily use. If a selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a streamlined return experience.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• We provide complimentary return shipping on all eligible orders within Canada & the United States.

• Items must remain unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging to preserve product integrity.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. This ensures each piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection and can be restored to our impeccable standards.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are welcomed when stock availability permits.

• Should an exchange not be possible, a refund will be issued in accordance with the guidelines above.

Final Sale Items

Select items are designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These products are offered at exclusive value and do not re-enter inventory.

Quality Assurance

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange a swift replacement or resolution — with no cost or inconvenience to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once the return is approved.
