By placing an order with Roe Deer, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation
    Upon successful checkout, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.

  • Preparation & Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Each item undergoes a precise quality inspection and secure packaging to preserve its craftsmanship in transit.

Please note: During peak seasons and new product launches, processing times may extend slightly.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reliable, trusted carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • FedEx

  • UPS (when applicable)

Available delivery options and corresponding costs are displayed at checkout.

Once your order departs our facility, a shipping confirmation with tracking information will be provided.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are based on carrier performance and destination.

  • Canada: 2–5 business days (inventory-dependent)

  • United States: 4–8 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or border controls. However, our Client Relations team remains available to support you throughout delivery.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight and size of your order

  • Selected delivery method

All costs are clearly displayed prior to purchase confirmation.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure timely delivery:

  • Please provide the correct and complete shipping details at checkout.

Roe Deer is not liable for delayed or misdirected shipments resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Additional redirection fees may apply if required.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders delivered outside Canada:

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees may be levied by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend consulting local customs authorities for detailed information.


7. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders to ensure secure receipt.


8. Changes & Cancellations

Due to expedited fulfillment:

  • Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed.

If you need assistance, please contact us immediately — our team will determine whether intervention is still feasible.


9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event of an issue:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.

  • Provide photos for any damage claims.

We will work swiftly with the carrier to resolve the matter and restore your confidence — whether through replacement or another suitable remedy.
